Greener View is a fresh perspective; it is a voice for real change to sustainable living in Scotland. It is run by people who believe that the way to real and lasting change is through encouragement, inspiration, passion and communication.

Greener View is Scotland’s dedicated greener living magazine (online and in print). A truly inspiring read, Greener View is like nothing else available, with insightful intelligent journalism covering environmental issues, social issues, sustainable living, greener business and new technologies. Greener View is a Marketplace where you can find the best environmentally-friendly products available. We have set up partnerships with like-minded companies who will provide great products and services for you. Shopping with a conscience and helping the environment at the same time.

Greener View is also a Community where we encourage people to meet up, share ideas, blog, discuss and be inspired.

There comes a time when things just slot themselves into place.

That is what happened with Greener View. Events happen, thoughts change and you look at things with new eyes – a fresh perspective.

For some time I felt that we needed to slow things down, to get back to what was really important and to take care of our fragile world. I wanted to know how to do that and where to find out about what was happening locally (in Scotland).

Scotland is a very vibrant and special place; we have a wealth of natural resources and talented people all doing great things to bring us good products and services in an environmentally friendly way and to make a real change to sustainable living.

So Greener View was started to bring all of that together in a place where people can get information they may need to make their own decision on a greener lifestyle (and we all have very different priorities), to raise awareness about environmental issues as they affect us in Scotland but also to let people know about these fantastic individuals and businesses who work tirelessly to bring us great products and services in an environmentally friendly way.
