Access the Subscribers' Area.
By default the above link should open a pop-up window. Most browsers allow pop-ups by default. However if your browser has pop-ups blocked you may not see the password pop-up window. If you use Firefox this can be changed in Tools/Options/Content; if you are using Internet Explorer 6 or 7 this can be changed in Tools/Pop-up Blocker on the menu bar.
